Up Close and Personal
I've been happily married to my wife, Holly since March of 2005. In mid 2012, we were blessed with our beautiful daughter, Annalise Rayna who brings much joy to our lives. We have another child on the way as I write this and are very excited to the expansion of our family. We will now be the perfect American God given dream of 2.5 kids. (The dog counts as .5)
Residing in Lakeland FL, where I have lived for almost 30 years. I am an active member in my church (Ignited Church), where my family has been Senior Leaders for two generations, and we have now had the opportunity of serving as elders since 2010.
Me and my family enjoy the outdoors boating, jet skis and cook outs on a very regular basis. Camping is even newer hobby we picked up on in early 2013 looking for something the whole family could do even with a baby, so we purchased our first ever fifth wheel camper and set off for wild adventures. Hunting, shooting and fishing are not something a Dad gets to do regularly but are still enjoyed while I'm not a big sports guy I do love to get out and play some golf when I can.

On the Business Side
Since I was a young child, I have dreamed of owning my own business. Being an entrepreneur is my passion and drive. Cultivatign the land as a landscaper at age 8, real estate is in my blood, literally. It has been my goal to found a comapny that will provide a complete solution for today's home buyer and seller, Mr Financial Real Estate, Mr Financial Construction and Mr Financial Credit Solutions were established to do just that. After getting my feet wet in the whole-selling investment world in late 2005, this birthed new ideas.
After only 3 years in business, rigorous work we were able to climb into the top 2% of Real Estate Agents Nationwide, top 4 for Agents in Polk County (2013) and #1 Agent at our Brokerage based on closed transactions. We also became one of the #1 local private investors, purchasing and flipping 5-10 properties per month, running the real estate, investments and construction sides of the fence.
Through these efforts we also became one of the largest residential construction companies in Polk County providing jobs to over 50 people, turning over 4mil. Gross sales in 2013 and over 12mil in Real Estate sales.

Managed a construction crew of 50+ employees. Over see 30+ investment properties as the realtor, contractor and investor at any give time.
2008 - 2009 | Bookstore and Project Manager
Established and managed bookstore, food services and hospitality. Managed 12 employees. Analyzed the Church's expenses and helped reduce the overhead expenses by 10% Operated CD/DVD duplication and printing Equipment
2007 – 2008 | Independent Insurance Agent.
Selling Life and Health insurance to individuals. #1 Selling agent out of 100 within my sales team, and in the top 20 out of 1000 agents in the brokerage firm.
1999 - 2007 | Owner, Clean Cut Landscaping & Tree Service Inc.
Landscaping Division: Designed and Installed landscaping, irrigation and sod for residential and commercial properties. Performed monthly lawn maintenance for 140 accounts. Performed tree trimming and removal and operated heavy machinery, crane, boom lift, stump grinder and bob cat. Managed a crew of 6 employees. Assisted in Hurricane relief clean up.
2004-2006
First state in the Real Estate Market, getting my feet wet by learning to wholesale homes (A method of finding deals to flip to retail investors) and later whole-selling over 250 homes in late 2005 early 2006.


Above the Average Performance!
A typical NAR member had 8 transactions sides in 2010 – this is up from 7 sides in 2009. In 2013 this number has only risen to 12 total transactions for the year, while Jordan Strader performed over 200 transactions, equating to 17x the average agent volume.
Broker and broker associates typically had 15 transactions, while sales agents typically had 12.

While the median increased, the brokerage sales volume fell to $1.1 million, in 2010 from the previous year of 1.2.
Members had more transactions “TYPICALLY” but the volume of what those sales were was worth lower in 2010 than 2009. In 2013 this was back up slightly just above $1.2 million, while Jordan Strader performed over 10M in sales, 10x the Average Agent Volume.
